This autumn strap up and brace yourselves, learn to communicate the environment-development challenges in contemporary India with Centre for Science and Environment (www.cseindia.org), New Delhi, India.

 

Interact with some of the country’s leading thinkers, academics, activists and development professionals on key environment and development challenges. Learn from them on ecological rights, natural resource management, food security, climate change and global environmental governance, urban growth.

 

Travel with us to explore and report on community-led eco-restoration efforts in rural India. Write and report from the field under guidance from experts.  

 

Take part in research. Create a realistic poverty line based on supplied baseline data and more. Numbers will reveal how the other India lives.

 

The course is for mid-career professionals – journalists, INGO and NGO professionals, teachers and others
