This is Amit Mishra  With reference to the Advertisement posted on Paryavaran.com I would like to  apply for the post of Environmental professional at your organisation.  Myself presently serving as Environment Officer Projects (under JnNURM Projects)  for Nagpur Municipal Corporation on  a contractual pay roll since May 2008 till date.  I have 6 years 11 months + experience collectively. I incepted my carrier in (2005) at NEERI as Project Associate from Geo Environment Management Division under Dr. Madan Nanoti in a CSIR Network project, followed by migrated to Environmental Impact and Risk Assessment Division under Dr Dilip Ramteke and Dr S R Wate for various  EIA projects till March 2008.

I am Arunachalam Battiprolu, done my masters degree in Environmental Engineering & Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2008. Currently i am working in WAPCOS Limited, A Government of India Undertaking in Ministry of Water Resources as Environmental Engineer from August 2008. I am having the work experience of about 3 years and 9 months in the field of Environment mainly Impact Assessment Studies. I have the similar nature of work experience in hydro power, thermal, mining, irrigation, ports&harbours, Water resources development and Infrastructure related sectors in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Mozambique and Zimbabwe.

• Involved in more than 15 EIA and Socio Economic studies exclusive for water resource projects like Hydro Electric, irrigation, multipurpose scheme and ports & Harbour.
• As part of these studies, Environmental Management Plan was formulated to mitigate adverse impacts on ecological sensitive areas like National park / Sanctuary etc.
• Involved in Data collection, Data Analysis, Report Preparation for various Facet of Environment for different EIA Studies.
• As part of EIA studies, Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) master Plan was also prepared for project affected families for thermal power and hydro electric projects.
• Involved in the preparation of  Risk analysis and Disaster Management Plan for Port Projects
