Educational Background:

Post-Graduation/Doctorate/Equivalent in Environmental Sciences
Relevant educational background in Risk Assessment and Hazard Management

Post Graduation training / Diploma on Industrial Safety.

Experience:

More than 10 Years experience in relevant area.

Specific Experience:

Identification of Hazards & Hazardous Substances
Handling and Disposal of Hazardous Waste

Vulnerability Assessment
Risk and Consequences Analysis using latest software as Phast Micro
Preparation of onsite Emergency preparedness Plan
Preparation of offsite Emergency preparedness Plan
Above Functional Area Expert should have adequate knowledge and understanding of the relevant Acts & Rules there under that govern their area of expertise.

Chief Chemist: M.Sc., Chemistry with minimum of 10 years experience in Commercial or Quality Control Laboratory. He/She should be dynamic to head laboratory with 40 technical personnel. He should be thorough ,technically versatile in instrumentation and all quality systems like NABL, GLP, BIS etc.. He/She should be responsible for entire operation of laboratory.

Dy. Chief Chemist: M.Sc., Chemistry with minimum of 5 years experience in relevant field. Expertise in instruments like ICP-MS, GC-MS, GC, HPLC, FTIR, etc is essential.

Sr. Chemists:

Water Division: M.Sc., Chemistry with minimum of 3 years experience in water and waste water analysis

Ores & Minerals: M.Sc., Chemistry with minimum of 3 years experience in Ores and Minerals

Metals, Alloys & Chemical: M.Sc., Chemistry with minimum of 3 years experience of ferrous and non-ferrous in metals, alloys and Chemical

Instrumentation: Post Graduate with minimum of 3 years experience in instrumentation

Mechanical Division In-Charge: B.E. Mechanical with minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical (quality) testing of materials

General Manager (Marketing): Any Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum of 5 years experience in marketing of Laboratory services and Environmental services. He/She would head marketing division, responsible for setting up marketing team, lead them to achieve over all targets and objectives.

Personal Executive to MD: Graduate with 5 years experience. Should be dynamic, with excellent communication skills able to do independent correspondence, good in Computer Skills.

General Manager (Environment): Graduate/Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences with minimum of 8 years experience in Environmental Studies. Preparation of EIA/EMP reports, defending them at Public Hearings, SPCBS, MoEF, Delhi.

Should be able to lead team of environmental scientists. Should be familiar with all latest GOs and Guidelines.

Dy. General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences with minimum of 5 years experience in Environmental Studies. Preparation of EIA/EMP reports, defending them at Public Hearings, SPCBS, MoEF, Delhi.

Dy. General Manager(Indoor Air Quality Division): Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum experience of 5 years in Occupational Health and Safety Management conducting audits as per USEPA. Desired: Indoor Air Quality Professional Certification Examination.

Sr. Environmental Engineer: Graduate/Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences with minimum of 2 years experience in Environmental Studies. Preparation of EIA/EMP reports.

GIS/CAD Executive : Graduate/ Post graduate in Environmental sciences with minimum of 2 years experience in AUTO CAD, Arc View, Arc Tool, Arc Info, ERDAS, Map Info, Vertical Mapper. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.

General Manager Environment (Branch Head) Location: Ranchi /Raipur /Chennai /Pune/ Hospet: Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences with minimum of 8 years experience in Environmental Studies. Preparation of EIA/EMP reports, defending them at Public Hearings, SPCB’s, MoEF, Delhi. Responsible for Business Development , Promotion and Liaison with all the Clients, Statutory bodies and Govt Agencies.

DGM Environment (Infrastructure Projects) Location: Ranchi /Raipur /Chennai /Pune /Hospet /Goa: Graduate/Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences with minimum of 5 years experience in Environmental Studies. Preparation of EIA/EMP reports, defending them at Public Hearings, SPCBS, MoEF, Delhi.

DGM Environment (Mining Projects) Location: Ranchi/ Raipur/ Chennai/ Pune/ Hospet/ Goa: Graduate/Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences with minimum of 5 years experience in Environmental Studies. Preparation of EIA/EMP reports, defending them at Public Hearings, SPCBS, MoEF, Delhi.

DGM Environment (Power Projects) Location: Ranchi/ Raipur/ Chennai/ Pune/ Hospet/ Goa: Graduate/Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences with minimum of 5 years experience in Environmental Studies. Preparation of EIA/EMP reports, defending them at Public Hearings, SPCB’s, MoEF, Delhi.

DGM (Environment) (Post Project Monitoring): Location: Ranchi/Raipur/Chennai/Pune/Hospet: Graduate/Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences with minimum of 5 years experience in Environmental Studies. Preparation of Monitoring reports as per SPCB/CPCB, MoEF, Delhi Guidelines.

DGM Environment (CRZ) Location: Hyderabad/ Chennai / Pune / Goa: Graduate/Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences/ Marine Sciences with minimum of 5 years experience in carrying out similar Studies. Preparation of CRZ reports filling up of CRZ application forms with respect to Environment, defending them at Statutory bodies, Government agencies, SPCB’s and MoEF, Delhi.

DGM Environment (Risk Assessment) Location: Ranchi /Raipur /Chennai /Pune /Hospet /Goa: Graduate/Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences with not less than of 5 years experience in HAZOP Studies, HAZAN Studies, Risk Assessment , off site and on site Emergency Plans and Proficiency in Risk Assessment Plan software. Responsible for preparation of reports and defend them at SPCB’s, MoEF, Delhi and other Government Agencies.

DGM Environment (Social Assessment Studies) : Location : Hyderabad Post Graduate or Doctorate in Social Sciences with a minimum of 5 years experience in preparation of Socio Economic studies or Social Assessments as per World Bank Guidelines.

Dy. Chief Chemist (Incharge Laboratory): Location: Ranchi / Raipur / Goa / Hospet : M.Sc., Chemistry with minimum of 5 years experience in Ores , Minerals , Soils, Water, Waste water, Hazardous Waste Etc. He/She should be able to head laboratory and build his own team of technical personnel. He should be thorough and technically versatile in all quality systems like NABL, BIS, GLP etc.. He/She should be responsible for entire operation of laboratory and Business Development.
