Validity of Public Hearing for submission of EIA/EMP report

Can anyone guide me what is the validity (in years) of Public Hearing? For ToR and baseline data it is 3 years. Has something similar to this been suggested for PH also?

The PH is also valid for three years. It expires along with TOR. If your Baseline data expires (after 3 years) you have to go afresh for both baseline data as well as PH. Ref. MoEF OM validity of ToR.

The TORs prescribed for a project or activity will be valid for a
period of two years for submission of EIA and EMP report, except for River Valley and HEP projects, where the validity of TORs will be for three years. The TORs will specifically mention the date of expiry of validity and state that TORs will lapse after that date.

The maximum outer limit of validity is 3 years. For PH the validity is 3 years.

Thanks for the information sir.
