Validity of Public Hearing for submission of EIA/EMP report

Can anyone guide me what is the validity (in years) of Public Hearing? For ToR and baseline data it is 3 years. Has something similar to this been suggested for PH also?RegardsShweta GuptaContinue

About me: I am an environmental consultant having knowledge in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Solid and Hazardous waste management (SHW), preparation and submission of Consent to Establish (CtE/NOC) and Consent to Operate (CCA/CTO) application for various industries.

I am accredited as an Associate Functional Area Expert for Solid and Hazardous Waste Management by NABET. I am well versed with noise modelling software i.e. SoundPlan Essential 3.0 and air modelling software i.e. AERMOD.

Have experience in EIA related to mining projects of state and central level. Have on field experience related to municipal solid waste management and have worked with various municipal corporation for implementing door to door garbage collection system, its transportation and its safe disposal.

My Green Mission: To make people understand that environmental clearance/ issues pertaining to pollution / degradation of environment is not just a regulatory requirement which needs to be done just for the sake of it instead its the need of the hour.
