MOEF has invited suggestions/comments to review various Environment Acts

Ministry of Environment & Forests, GoI, has initiated process of reviewing the Environmental legislation which has been long overdue. To make it more relevant and befitting to contemporary needs, let's try to contribute to it.

Yes, from what I read of the attachment there seems to be no indication of how one can contribute or opt in to be part of the process. Why share something inviting suggestions/comments if it is already closed and decided? If there is a process to participate let us know how and where we can apply for the same. I am independent consultant and would be happy to be part of the process.
