You may consider the air pollution aspects near the hazardous waste contaminated sites as very little work has been done on this aspect.
You may also consider the air pollution aspects of the incinerators used in HW management, comparative study on air pollution due to wood, diesel, gas and electric crematoria since this subject is neglected for various reasons..

It would be more appropriate to visit some Prof./Scientists from any institute/Univ of your interest and discuss with them first. Deciding by yourself by someone's suggestions will not work for you specially for Indian Univ/Institutes.
