MOEF clearance
Can anyone tell me that MOEF gave clearance for certain points on the basis of Design and now on the basis of MOEF points for reduction of impact. Can we change MOEF previous design? Please tell if we will need to apply for another fresh application to MOEF for clearance (any Circular).

Certain points?? or any particular Project!! Let me know at what stage the project in question is ?? Commissioned/Erection/yet to start?? In case you wish to have change for certain clearance condition there could be an ammendment application. Fresh clerance is needed if there's change in capacity, location of the project or change of manufaturing technology/process, as far as I understand!!! In any case its better to get the opinion of concerned regional MoEF office.
