How to recycle the rubber flashing waste from footwear industry??????

Our company daily generate 800 kgs rubber flashing waste. Before we sent this waste to incineration process. But now we try to recycle this materials. So if you have any idea or suggestion tell me.

this can be good raw material for making rubber mats or even making oil from same. only need to find out such vendors in your vicinity.
