The scenario of managing Solid waste is same in every city of India...

Reason for the same is laxness on part of MOEF & local government as they think their duty is restricted till drafting of rules & regulations but getting them implemented is not their responsibility

This is not look like processing plant...its look like open dumping ground....whether the work is carried out by corporation or Private parties....
