Tree Plantation

Initiated, Tree plantation along with Road side, available Govt. Lands (Banks of ponds, along with boundary of Schools, Hospitals etc) in my village (I am from Budithi Village, Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh, India).

Validity of ToRs for Hydro Electric Project

Now, Terms of Reference (ToR) of Hydro Electric Projects are valid up to 3+1 Year.
Earlier validity was 2+1 Year.

River Bed or watercourse Land-Karnataka

Dear All,

Small clarification is required from you.

We are planning to construct small Hydro Electric Plant in Karnataka State, during the survey came to know that land belongs to both sides of the river is Forest Land.

In this case, "River Bed or watercourse Land" belongs to forest land or Revenue land.

If you have any related information or Notification please provide me for reference.

MoEF notification related to Beneficated coal
