Consent for D G Sets

Respected All,

Up to which capacity of D G Set,it require to obtain 'Consent to establish"  and "Consent to Operate"

is it require to report all small and large capacity of D G Sets to pollution control Board, is it require to obtain CTE and CTO for all capacity of D G Sets?what about stationary and mobile D G Sets?

here is no specific mention in the Rule .Howevr if ur facility is a commercial one likely complaints pssible from neighbours,Consent is a shield which saves ur facility during bad times

Application for Consent to Operate for Diesel Generator Set (s) of > 15 KVA for Non-Industrial use is to be submitted to the West Bengal Pollution Control Board.

Moreover, please enlighten me.
