As per MOEF/CPCB standars for monitoring PM10 a High Volume Sampler is used, air has to be drawn through a filter (8x10in) at a flow rate of 1132LPM. However in market some suppliers are providing samplers for PM10 monitoring with a filter of 47mm  dia using a constant flow of 16.7 LPM. Is it acceptatble and meeting the MOEF/CPCB guidelines?
