Dear Members,

Good Day to All.

I am looking for a list of statutory clearances / approvals / Environmental Legislation mandatory in India Concerning particularly to Fertiliser Industry. I have come across with various MoEF/ CPCB general but mandatory rules and acts i.e. water/ Air pollution etc.

Looking for more depth and hidden Legislation like Indian boilers act, BOCW Act & Rule, elevator & lift acts as applicable to the State/ India.

Please share your experience and knowledge in this regards.

Thank you all in advance for your support and kind help.

Warm regards

Vikram

Dear Vikram, There are many regulatroy requirement for fertiliser industry for EC. You have to check all regulations of environment as well as other. I will suggest you to check EIA manual published by MoEF for primary guidance for EC for fertilisers. Then you can explore more with client. Hope it will be usefull for your need.
