Global climate change curb momentum is taking positive strides

Major polluters U.S and china which are called as laggards are taking the steps against the climate change. On Monday U.S EPA has passed a law to reduce the GHG emissions from coal power plants by 30% by 2030 from the base year 2005. http://sustainablecitiescollective.com/dirt/253736/obama-administra...
