Paryavaran.com-Gateway to Indian Environment Market

Hello there, can any one suggest me some low cost bio-pesticides for agriculture with special reference to NE India? I am working in the development sector in NE India where there are instances of organic agriculture practice traditionally but rampant pest attacks demoralize the farmers & they resort to applying chemical pesticides in their fields. Number of bio-pesticides are available in the market but the marginalized & poor farmers cannot afford buying those. So I am very much looking forward to someone suggesting some low cost alternative that holds a potential solution to the pest menace.

Are you aware of Art of Living foundation? They have done tremendous work in organic farming and have innovative simple pest repellants made from natural material available around like caw dung, caw urine, neem leaves, etc. you can refer http://www.artofliving.org and they have few publications too.

Thankyou Mr. Deepak for your kind favour. I shall refer to the site mentioned by you. Thanks again.
