If not in India is there any international regulation.

( I want to classify each waste in a separate bin . Eg : Paper , plastic )
From some professionals share that Yellow colour bin is for recyclables . Is there any reference

I s there any legal regulation with demands periodic revision  of MSDS ( Material Safety Data sheet )  .
Because , Practically , I see MSDS with different dates .

To save water

We are taking trails for water -less urnail cubes ( instead of water flushing )  .

Actually, flushing is not required every time.

( Approx . 1.5 Litres of water is used for every flush)

But for urinal cubes .only less water is needed

( Only at the early morning and evening cleaning of the urinals is required..)

In India, Even though there are lot of technical expertise, legal regulations , policies ...etc related to Waste management

But in reality . Still there is a huge gap in waste management sector .

Hope, only in few parts of India the system is good .

Even-though the waste management system seems to be   good inside the industries , factories

Hello Team.



My company is new green field project ...(now under construction) and we have a valid consent to establishment (CTE).

 And , we also apply for consent for Operation ( CTO),

And after obtaining that we will apply for  Hazardous waste authorisation .



 

 But the case is now we are generating waste oil and used oil from our factory.



Right now we are storing the same



Pls tell me legally whether we are eligible to dispose waste oil…
