Waste Water

How much time is required to develop bacteria on initial stage of treatment e.g. for 500 m3 holding tank.
If plant disturbed & all of the bacteria died, which action should taken immidiately to treat waste water & normalize the disturbed plant.

Environment clearances

Today there is a news in some news blogpost that Coal Ministry saying because of environment anf forest clerance delays, MoC could not able to deliver the desired production. On the other hand MoEF has stated that the the clearance accorded for the approved capacity to MoC is utilised at the best to 56%.

 

Is it making fool of the people of the country or actually MoEF is the basic hinderance on the growth of the country?
