Though the e-waste management is quite new in our country context, technology and treatment plants are being set in various part of our country restricted to mainly metros. i would say any waste management itself have some negative properties towards environment but e waste treatment help in recovery / recycle / reuse of e waste. and e waste accounting can done in any desired manner mam.
