What can be the size of a PSF & ACF in a 75 KLD STP?

Assumptions :- Capacity of the STP - 75 KLD, Peak Factor - 2, PSF & ACF running time 10 hr/day,
Hence the flow rate is 15 KL/hr.
What can be the diameter & height of the filter bed and the vessel?
Can 1m dia & 2 m height suffice?
