The idea of this multidisciplinary conference received overwhelming support; therefore, abstract submission date is extended to 10 July’11 for those who are willing to participate.
Detailed Themes:
1. Climatic changes in the geological history and impact on Earth.
2. Imprints of Quaternary and recent climatic change as studied in glacial and fluvial systems.
3. Anthropogenic Vs Atmospheric causes of climate change.
4. Indian Monsoon and Climate change.
5. Natural resource management- surface and ground water, agriculture, mineral and fuel wealth.
6. Environmental pollution, Solid-waste management etc.
7. Impact on ecology.
8. Sustainable and renewable energy resources.
9. Climate policies and laws; International status.

Malaviya Hall, Lucknow University Campus

Fee: Rs. 500.00
Rs. 200.00 (students)
Registration Fee may also be paid at the counter on inauguration day subject to prior confirmation of participation.
Travel Grant:
Limited fund is allocated for supporting travel/ local hospitality for non-supported participants and eminent speakers/emeritus scientists and research students.
Local Hospitality:
We will try to provide local hospitality to non-funded participants as far as funds permit. Local transport will be provided to all.
