State Level Seminar on Application of Remote Sensing and GIS in Environment Management

P.G. Department of Environmental Science, KTHM College, Nashik (M.S.)
is organizing a two day State Level Seminar on ‘“Application of RS &
GIS at various level of Environment Management” on 29th Feb and 1
March 2012. Through this seminar an attempt will be made to focus on
different aspects of Remote Sensing and GIS in environmental
conservation and management, it is expected that the certain aspects
of the Remote Sensing and GIS will be discussed during the seminar.
The experts from National Organizations and Universities will share
their experiences on various aspects of Remote Sensing and GIS.  This
conference will be beneficial to the students, researchers,
academicians, local people and representatives of NGOs to understand
the comprehensive efforts required from the society for sustainable
environment Planning and management.
