Dear Kaushik,
I think it would be better if you would start with some Environmental consultancy engaged in EIA studies. Please go through list of NABET/QCI Accredited consultant on MoEF wbsite or QCI NABET website (More than 150 I guess). Explore those consultancies and accordingly apply.
