Any expert committee or policy think tank one can join

Dear IEN Members

I am a sustainability professional and have been engaged in policy advocacy work. I am looking for information on any independent committee/ think tank that one can join and contribute to. In particular any forum that focus on sustainability; energy, chemical safety, waste, circular economy, and so on.

Thank you all in advance

Hi

I have experience in Environmental Monitoring/Testing, EIA, EMS/ISO 14001, Auditing for ISO 9001 & 14001, CDM and Sustainability Reporting. Currently engaged in teaching and research.

For any clarification in this domain may be posted to my page. I will do my best to share my experience.

Regards

Why are all the PhD holders such idiots? For heaven' sake, look at what is being asked read and comprehend before trying to hawk your skills. She is not looking to hire, she is seeking a think tank or committee to join or contribute to. The substandard quality and intellect of our professionals is the bane of this country. I am a sustainability and management professional too and I am sick and tired of doctorate holding dullards pretending to be experts in ngos and universities in India who I have had to deal with who know nothing and yet proclaim their expertise.

Thanks Joseph. Appreciate your clarification. The foremost requirement of being a "professional" is to spend some time and listen to what the other person requires!!!

Exactly, :) do keep us posted if you find something good. Good luck.

I can understand ur frustration Mr Joseph. Be patient and understand wt been put up. I too had same intentions wt Ritu is having, and wanted to share (but not to join) my experience ( I said i have experience only which u need not consider as expertise) which may even include work/job opportunities.

But, request u to be bit professional (ethical in posting such comments, commenting all doctorate community, etc). U definitely will enjoy dealing with them.

God may bless u.

No more communications Pls. We (if not I) have dignity, and work to do.
