seeking regulatory info for a startup environmental testing & consultancy enterprise

Dear friends

I plan to start a environmental testing & consultancy enterprise

Before, I like to get some aspects to be cleared for myself like

• name - which can be an IP (for possible franchising / selling / licencing, etc.), it should represent the scope of my enterprise, touch to customer sentiments, etc.
• registration - how to register, where to register, fee, etc.
• GST - registration - how to register, is it TIN number / others, wt slab the activity fits in (12% or 18%)
• employee related consents/clearances/permits, etc. Can I hire people (<5) under daily wages / lump-sum monthly package.

Kindly help me. (I know that some are personal aspects, still) ur valuable inputs will be of immense help to me & like minded people)
