I understand, the correct title is "Impact of Roadside Pollution on Microbial Activities in Sub-Tropical Forest Soil of North East India" and URL is http://www.scialert.net/fulltext/?doi=rjes.2010.280.287&org=10 (Jitin, feel free to correct this clarification)
Interesting work - so, the direct environmental impact because of National Highways is not even up to 500m! Relaxation in EC process for highway projects are now justified again :-)
