The "Valley of Flowers"

The "Valley of Flowers" is a spectacular meadow of colourful flowers located at Uttarakhand, India. It has been declared a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. Although unknown to the modern world for centuries (until discovered in 1931) this remote speck of paradise surprisingly does find mention in the Hindu Mythology !
