-Working as Secretary General, Bihar State Productivity Council, Patna since re-election in May 2013. Worked as Honorary Secretary General, Bihar State Productivity Council, Patna during May 2010-April 2011 and its Acting Honorary Secretary during Aug-Nov 2008. Worked as Jt. Secretary-cum-Jt. Director (Programmes), BSPC during May 2011- May 2013. Joint Secretary, BSPC from Jan. 2007 to May 2013.Worked as Team Member & Principal Co-ordinator for evaluation of “Entrepreneurship Development Programmes conducted by IED Bihar during 2007-2008” on behalf of BSPC, Patna. Won another Project tender for evaluation from KVIC, Govt. of India.Organized several Workshops & Seminars each year . Enlisted Bihar State Productivity Council as Knowledge Management Partner Institution of Consultancy Development Centre(Min. of S&T, GOI). Trained as a Trainer to conduct its “Certificate in Technical Consultancy” program at Patna.
Previously worked mostly for Tata Steel, Institute of Entrepreneurship Development, Bihar and MCDean Inc.
