Management from Indian Institute of Forest Management Bhopal and Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
from SRMS College of Engg. & Tech. Bareilly.

At present Jaspal provides consultancy for Fair Trade, Handicrafts Supply Chain and Livelihoods.

Prior to this, Jaspal served as Manager Merchandising at Community Friendly Movement India-Fair Trade Organization. Before arriving at Community Friendly Movement India-Fair Trade Organization, Jaspal served as Divisional Manager at Grameen Koota India- A Micro Finance Institution.
