Sir, Similarly same question was raised by NHAI contractor during my training program for Ashoka Buildcon regarding Environmental pollution and awareness to control, if ground water level is very high in Kolkatta region then how will go for Ground water recharge but is it was the condition put in EC, and basically they don't required GW recharge. It same like RWH and Utilization of waste water both are not correlated..
