is it typo error....
(1) These rules may be called the e-waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 2010.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from 01.01.2012.
Two more years require for this rule........?

Thank You Pooja for attachment of E-Waste Draft Rule. May I know the procedure for registration of E-Waste Recycler.? Presently we are in waste management business(TSDF site). Our new venture is recycling. We are going to set up Lamp Recycling Unit and E-Waste Recycling in gujarat. Is dead lamp consider in E-Waste Catagory or something else.?

HI Pooja, Presently we are in scrap bussiness my new project is E Waste recycling. We are going to set up W waste Recycling Unit and E-Waste Recycling in Maharashtra, please give me contact nos of plant machinary supplier for E Waste plant set up..
