Mr. Moinuddin, yes. It is the most simple technique. Where there is option available such as installing a piezometer and even you have to measure the ground water with perfection; this method could be adopted. You can easily install a piezometer to existing and operational bore well. These days, portable piezometers are also available. You better contact some of the manufacturers with details of your bore well.

it is very simple technique. How we can install peizometer in our existing borewell to monitor water level.
