i had done a study of state of e-waaste management in India 2 yrs back..where i had visited and interviewed formal recyclers on various problems faced by them..much of it was related to rules and regulations...also a part of the study was to take public or common man feedback on existing scenario and how they would become key elements..

As far as my knowledge goes...there are 20 registered (CPCB/MOEF) E-Waste recycling plants in India.....i have attached the file.. u can go through.....I hope you will find it useful...
