Want to work in USA or Canada (Having 5 yrs of Exp) - What qualification is required?

Dear All,

I have completed my M.Sc. with Environment Science & Industrial Safety (Post Diploma In Industrial Safety).

Also having 5 Years of Experience in Larsen & Toubro (L&T) as an EHS Officer.

I want to work abroad, What other qualification is required.

Can anyone guide me in this direction.
