pre draft CRZ 2010

In the pre draft released by MoEF on CRZ notification 2010 for comments.

In the notification 12 nm in the sea side is also fall under CRZ.

I would like to know in which category it follw???

If i want expansion of a foreshore facilities within the 12 nm in the sea side in which category does it fall i.e CRZ i,CRZii,iii

From Low Tide Line to 12 Nmiles, it is CRZ IV. Foreshore facility is on the verge of CRZ I (HTL to LTL) and CRZ IV as per new draft notification.

You can note some intersting things in the draft.
1. Metres abbrevited as mts! It seems that there is no scientist involved in preparing such documents. It is high time that we have a style guide for writing reports.
