Comment by NEHA on March 17, 2012 at 10:19am: You may try and contact these local NGOs which provide help in collecting the paper waste and send it to recycling. But the amount has to be good enough. Or alternatively, if you have funds, you may take help of again some organisations (which you can easily find online) that provides assistance in seeting up a paper recycling plant in your office. I think there is one based in Noida but I can't remember the name now.

Even the junkdealers (kabadiwalas) sell the paper for re-use I think.
