Thanks Dr. Naik for your comment. It is really shameful we do not have requisite expertise. You put an ad for something but people who apply have no understanding or any remote connection with the required expertise. In India we talk a lot about unemployment but actually we do not have people with right attitude and willing to learn also. There are people available for BPO jobs but not for such fields which requires lot of hard work and rigour. Let us see if I can get someone with right experience and willingness.

I had put an ad for Social Expert for social surveys of hydropower projects and can qualify for NABET accreditation last month. It is very unfortunate there is none available for the same. We also need experts for Biological Water Quality/ Aquatic ecology but I don't if I am going to find one. It is sad that there is no social expertise available. I ask for social expert people apply for engineering expertise or some other discipline. Strange. Still I am hoping to find suitable people.
