Environment Impact Assessment of the controversial upcoming Gorakhpur nuclear plant

The authorities in Haryana will be conducting the important public hearing on the environmental impacts of the proposed Gorakhpur Nuclear Power Plant (GNPP) on 17th July 2012.

As per the rules, local people should be given the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report 1 month prior to the public hearing. But the people of 6 panchayats in Fatehabad districts who will be affected by this project have not received copies of the EIA.

Watch proceedings of the much awaited public hearing for environmental clearance to NPCIL for its upcoming 4 X 700 MW Haryana Atomic Power Project at Gorakhpur village, Fatehabad district in Haryana that ended abruptly on 17 July 2012.

I really don't understand ...y such news come up ... r u reporter ? kindly plz go through all details and please stop writing against NPCIL or any unit of DAE...

if u world like to read the report u can get it easily from HSPCB to its regional office, DC office, Zila parishad..etc several offices along with local panchyat too..

plz...

write some news not for TRP but for sake of peoples's interest only...
