Currently employed with Dr Reddys laboratories Limited as an Associate Director (Central - Environment). Possess rich experience in creating and implementing innovative suggestions and in upgrading the existing facilities and infrastructure to global and international levels. Competency in devising significant solutions for maintaining Environmental and Safety conditions. Rich experience in water and wastewater treatment plant design (complete ZLD), operations and execution, GAPs identification and troubleshooting R&D related to Waste Water & Solid Wastes. Possess sound knowledge of Water, Wastewater audits and development of recycling schemes. Sound knowledge in water, wastewater, Soil, Sludge, Hazardous Waste & Air Quality Characterization. Skilled in working in sync with the set parameters & motivating the team members for achieving business and individual goals. Deft at managing environmental laboratories, wastewater functions, Well versed with the procedures and practices of ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 Systems. Proficient in documentation, record maintenance and paper work to ensure accuracy with good Analytical, Relationship Management and Problem Solving skills.
