Profile Information

About me: I am presently engaged in the audits of the GHG projects and evaluating them for the claimed amount of GHG reductions which has exposed me to various means of carbon abatement. As part of project analysis at my present profile I am well versed with the environmental policies.
I have worked in full capacity on community level projects dealing with subjects like clean fuel for cooking and heating, cookstoves, treadle pumps and biogas programme in Nepal. I have assessed these project from the point of view of carbon abatement and societal welfare along with safe guarding the indications (air, water, soil, noise). I have conducted field surveys for these projects gauging the impact of these project; during with I have had the chance to interact with all the stakeholders involved be it the programme implementer, cooperatives involved the field staff and the users.
Apart from which I am also involved in capacity building by assisting in trainings to the team which include content development, presentations, preparing case studies and test papers.
I have been intricately involved in the renewable energy project execution at KBS, ENLOG and IT Power. I have observed the market in the role of a consultant, technology provider and auditor and therefore I think I am the suitable candidate for this position.
I am Master’s in Climate Science and Policy from TERI University and have studied in length about the international climate policies and policy roadmapping. I have completed more than 35 GHG projects within a span of 3 years which include 15 projects in capacity of a team leader. I have a direct experience of witnessing solar PV, solar thermal, wind, hydro, waste management, waste to energy and waste heat recovery technologies.
