About me

I've over fifteen years of experience focusing on environmental assessment, compliance management, policy review, resources conservation, pollution prevention, waste management as well as environmental health and safety management systems. I'm a certified Lead Auditor for OHSAS 18001. I've completed MSc in Environmental Science from University of Pune (India) and also hold MSc in Renewable Resources (Major-Environmental Assessment) from McGill University, Canada.
I've closely worked with experts and representatives from national and multilateral organizations such as United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (CEAA), European Bank for Development and Reconstruction (EBRD), Secretariat for the Conservation of Biodiversity (CBD), and Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
Working knowledge of environmental and social safeguard policies of multilateral bank (the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, International Finance Corporation, African Development Bank) as well as the Equator Principles involving financial intermediaries.
