You are right and i agree with you in matter of Annaji & his Ahinsak Andolan. I too stated same from day one of the movement that "One group like Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Azad etc etc. is also needed aside of Annaji. One group also needed like Azad Hind Foz headed by a person like Subhaschandra Bose. ye Ahinsak andolan ke sath Krantikari movement to chalani hi padegi agar Govt na mane aur Annaji ko kuchh hota he.
Well back to the point & your question, Under RTI all authorities/organisation covered under the Act have to reply & provide details as demanded by Any citizen of India. The reply or response depends on the way in which question is asked to them or the content of question. There are some exclusions of information under RTI so one has to be care-full while drafting RTI Application. If you want to go ahead with the RTI movement & need any help let me know...But remember never step back if once you step forward.
