About me: My name is Ravi Makawana. I have done M.Tech. Environmental Engineering at the Indian School of Mines, IIT Dhanbad, India.

My course work at ISM has enabled me to have a good knowledge regarding various aspects of the fields of Environmental Ecology and Microbiology, Water Supply and Treatment, Environmental Chemistry, Air and Noise Pollution, Designing of Air Pollution Control Systems, the Environmental Systems Optimizations & modeling , Wastewater Engineering, Solid and Hazardous Waste Management and Land Reclamation along with Environmental Auditing and EMS. In addition to this, I am conversant with the environmental laws and policies as also with the nuances of EIA.

B.E in (bio-tech) degree from Vishweshwarya technological university, belgaum, India . I have been exposed to a considerable amount of field work in which I have excelled in both Agriculture & Biotechnology. I also have a commendable knowledge about various statistical tools and Biotechnology, Microbiology, Remote Sensing and GIS techniques, having used them for various projects here at ISM as well as during my graduation stint
