My name is Nibu George Thomas and I work with AER Worldwide.. We, AER Worldwide is an ISO 14001, R2 [Responsible Recycling], RIOS[Recycling Industry Operating Standards®] and TAPA [Transported Asset Protection Association] certified Electronic recycling and IT Asset management company based in Fremont, CA with facilities across globe.

My Green Mission

Having a working experience for more than 5 years,i am responsible for creating business leads from companies who are trying to be an example for others in terms of Hazardous Waste management.

Our dreams must be to keep the 'Planet Earth'​ alive for my coming generations by reducing environmental degradation, including the pollution of water, land and air, the irreversible loss of biodiversity, the deterioration and exhaustion of natural resources such as water, fertile agricultural land etc.In the mean time i want to help the company succeed, help my people reach their goals, be a motivator and lead by example.

Skills:
• Having specialist knowledge of waste treatment.
• Having a good negotiating and strategic management skills within the public/private sector.
• Having ‘Softer’ skills in communication and management.
• Having in depth knowledge in Pollution control board requirements.

Objectives:
• To define the Environment Management industry and to increase it's reach;
• To discuss the current policy, strategy and legislation relating to and impacting upon the industry
• To identify,coordinate and conduct the industries associations, networks and programs[Presentations to schools,colleges and to any institutions regarding waste management].
• To constantly follow and highlight the new skills and trends developing within the industry.

ie; Mainly trying to encourage REDUCE,REUSE and RECYCLE.
