Organization one - Dr. Mohan Sinha Mehta Memorial Trust
• Secretary (MSMMT)
Since Jan.2005 I have been working with Dr.Mohan Sinha Mehta Memorial Trust . Here my major responsibilities include establishing a Centre for Voluntarism and Social Change.This CVSC is a major platform for convergence of various development ideologies and thinking. Most of the NGOs in Udaipur participate in this platform for sharing of their ideas and experiences.
I have endeavored towards building up the constituency, identifying the issues for dialogue, lectures and seminars, team building etc. Since after April 2005 to till date I have organized more than 327 events on various issues. The Trust is focusing on revitization of voluntarism threw dialogue.

Organization two - Seva Mandir

• Convenor (Executive Body) (1984-2005)
I also served as Convener of Seva Mandir Sanchalak Mandal (Executive Body) from 1984-2005. I also played key role in organizing National and State Level Workshops, Seminars, Trainings and Camps. Since 1974 to the present date I have attended and organized several meetings, trainings, seminars and workshops which were sponsored by Government and NGOs. I have also presented papers on Community afforestation, education etc. I have also been abroad thrice to attend summer course in Germany, Denmark and Great Britain. Visited Philippines to attend ASBAE (Asian South Bureau Of Adult Education) General Assembly and Nepal to visit the Social Forestry and Health activities.

• Secretary :-( 1986 -2005)
In 1986 I got reward and promoted as secretary for Kherwara Tribal block. This is also the place I was born and brought up and at the same time started my career. I was the overall In charge of the block with the prime responsibility of planning and execution. In the year 1990 I was also assigned two more tribal blocks Jhadol/ Kotra (1990-93). Besides this I also acted as secretary in-charge for Dr.Mohan Sinha Mehta Rural Training CentrE KAYA and the agriculture programme of Seva Mandir.






• Campus Manager (1982-86)
In 1981 Seva Mandir purchased 10 hec. of land to start a training centre for the villagers and the workers of the institution. I was the first manager chosen by the organization for the task of establishing such a centre. Between March 1982-1986 I served as manager for centre which later came to be known as Dr. Mohan Sinha Mehta Rural Training Centre Kaya. During the period a large and unique trainings centre building was constructed. As manager my job was to develop the centre for future, making sustainable arrangements for training, events and also to make it a self sustained centre. Apart from routine administration, It was also my duty to develop the barren hills in and around the campus into a kind of model demonstration farm. In 1986 by the time I left Dr.Mohan Sinha Mehta Rural Training Centre Kaya it had become quite popular for its quality of services and performance.

• Block Coordinator (1981-82)
I was promoted in April 1981 and appointed as Block Coordinator for Kherwara Tribal Block. From April 1981 to March 1982 worked as overall In-charge of the block and my Hq. was shifted from zonal level to block level. My major responsibilities included coordination with allied developmental agencies, networking with Govt. departments and capacity building of staff members.

• Grassroot Worker (1974-80)
Joined Seva Mandir in March 1974 as community development worker with special responsibility to promote Agriculture extension work. In 1975 with the change in the strategy of Seva Mandir, I was assigned the task of organizing and formation of village groups for Integrated development. In 1976 I was assigned full responsibility of Peer Group Rural Development Programme and Agriculture. In 1979 I was transferred to CERDP to see the work of Community Organization Rural Development in Tribal Villages.

My Green Mission

Want to slow down the pace of Climate Change and for that forming and strenthning Environmantal groups, also active in preserving natural resources including Lakes,ponds,forests etc.
