About me

I am working as Principal Consultant and Performance Management and Assurance Practice Head with ERM India, New Delhi. I have 20 years of experience in the field of Environment, Health & safety (EHS) Compliance and Management Systems Design, Development, Deployment and Auditing; EHS Regulation Advisory including Pollution Control and Hazardous Substances Licensing/Permitting; EHS Education (training), Environmental Impact Assessment and EHS Management of Major Infrastructure Development Projects and Industrial Operations. .

I am a Civil Engineer with post graduation in environmental/waste management. Manisha has received specialized training in Australia on EHS Management Systems; Compliance and Systems Auditing; EHS Regulation and EHS Risk Management; Environmental Impact Assessment and Management Planning.

I have managed a number of projects involving behavior and performance-outcome focused EHS management systems for multi-national clients. I have undertaken and managed many environmental education and training projects involving training of contractors, vendors and industry owners and operators. I have been involved in EIAs and environmental management of major public infrastructure and industrial projects. I have as undertaken over 500 systems and compliance audits of development/construction projects and industrial facilities.

Prior to joining ERM India, I have worked extensively with government organizations in Australia for 14years.
