About me

I am a Development Catalyst with some experience in managing developmental projects mostly in rural locations. The role and responsibilities that I am handling during the course of my career include conducting participatory research, promoting sustainable development, planning need based program interventions and promoting community based organizations with emphasis on livelihood promotion with risk/ vulnerability reduction activities in rural and tribal areas. Women and child development, marginal, vulnerable section empowerment are some of the key areas where I have put my best efforts. My experiences relate to Project Management, partnership development, Research, Evaluation Studies and Facilitating Participatory Training Program along with community led initiatives.

My Green Mission

My focus areas have been in the area of initiating sustainable programs aimed at self reliant participatory approaches to Rural Development. My goal in this is to at least see a positive difference in some body's life.
