About me

I have Seven years of university level research, short-term teaching and policy development experience administering various scientific and academic activities including project reports, establishing links, meetings, as a part of organizing national seminars, poster competition, debate etc. My research is focused on the issues concerned with management of soil borne diseases using Biocontrol agents in place of chemical insecticides/fungicides as a tool to soil management practices and exploring the possibilities of use of decomposing grassland litter for nutrient enrichment of soil to improve the fertility of wasteland. I have been innovative and instrumental in working with other colleagues resulting in the development of highly cordial academic environments while working at BBAU (Lucknow).

My Green Mission

I want to get involved with the international scientific community fostering knowledge and education outreach promoting good educational environment in the society .In recent years, I have developed good linkages and had joined collaborative research training programs at reputed institutions, which include IIM, Lucknow and Ministry of Environment and Forest.
