Profile Information

About me: I the undersigned Dr. Pushan Kumar Dutta received my Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Tele-Communication Engineering from Jadavpur University, India, and Post Doctorate in Engineering from Department of Management and Technology Faculty under the Erasmus Mundus Leaders Fellowship from University of Oradea, Romania. I am a Fellow Member of IET, UK and IEI, India, awarded Marquis Whos Who in the year 2016 and 2018 from American Society and also received appraise with the 2017 Albert Nielsen Lifetime Achievement Award. I have worked with Scientists from different fields and so far published over 30 peer reviewed international journals and conferences. I have also been awarded the project paper award from the Asian Seismological Commission in the year 2012 for young scientists pursuing PhD. I am Chartered Engineer from IEI, Gokhale Road, Kolkata and Professional Engineer registered as MIAENG from Canada. I am at present working as an Asst. Professor with Research duties with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology, India. He was a visiting faculty at the Directorate General Shipping for MEO Class 2 and 4 Officers at Merchant Navy for Marine Electro technology, I collaborated with scientists in the field of Geophysics from Geological Survey of India, Jadavpur University, Russian Academy of Science; National Center of Earth Physics, Romania; Kandli Observatory, Turkey, University of Limerick, Ireland; International Geophysical Union and Asian Seismological Commission, China, IIT Roorkee; India and Invitation from University of Colorado-Boulder, USA. I have so far proved my merit by working with different field experts on signal processing including solar energy, speech processing, skin segmentation analysis and remote sensing including satellite image processing. I am teaching subjects related to electronics including Random Variables, Control System, Digital Signal and Image Processing and Digital Communication. He is conversant in fields as Seismology, Signal Analysis, Complex System Optimization, Marine Electro-Technology, Control and Automation and Programming and Probability and Stochastic Process and Remote Sensing in domains related to Geo-Hazard Assessment and Electronics and Geo-Hazard based design projects for research and academia. I have taken part in workshops and seminars of repute in the last few years and also working as an Executive Member of IET Committee. I have also participated in over ten International and national level conferences of Repute. My research activities has been supported by group of research organizations and working for further design and development for implementing his research ideas and models. Areas of my research interests include Geophysical data analysis and inversion; optimization techniques, intelligent systems, remote monitoring, manufacturing and mechatronics, agricultural electronics and opto-electronics and nanotechnology.
