Masterliness in Research & Development , Management & Co-ordination . worked in various sectors with multitasking ability .Well versed experience in Education sector as a Founder ,Director & teacher for well-known coaching class & contend with the responsibility as an acting principal for DMLT college. Worked as a HOD& Consulting member for reputed organization for three years in Social & Environmental Sector.Greatly contributed in Research sector by doing pioneering research for Wine Sector. Worked as a Key Person with various responsibilities as functional Area Expert ,Sr.project coordinator, Master trainer & Organization’s content developer for two years& eight months in a Limited Company working in Environment & Energy Sector. Successfully co-ordinated &executed different National & State level Seminars ,workshops along with Public Hearings as per MoEF. Dissemination of an appropriate Ecofriendly technologies and developing Forward- Backward linkages for sustainable development.
Proficiency in managing complex issues with Special skills of Motivational management & leadership by guiding and retaining high-performance teams to develop and implement strategies for accelerated growth of organization.
